Hi! I’m Samina – mom, registered dietitian, and baking enthusiast.

I believe food should be simple, nourishing, and satisfying - and I love helping people discover what that looks like in their everyday lives.
For me, food has always been my favorite way to care for others - whether through practical nutrition tips, easy home-cooked meals, or just a really good muffin.

With over 20 years of experience as a registered dietitian, and background in business and marketing, I’ve worked in clinical care, counseling, media, and communications. Today, I blend my professional expertise with my passion for helping others make better choices to not only live longer, but feel healthier doing it by providing:

Instead of focusing on restrictions, we’ll focus on adding nourishing foods that support your energy, mood, and overall health. This might look like building meals that keep you satisfied, spreading protein throughout the day, or finding simple ways to include more variety without overcomplicating things.

We’ll start with small, realistic steps—like adding one nutrient-rich food to your meals, tuning into your hunger and fullness cues, and staying curious about new foods.
